The Melbourne Museum

Our first day in Melbourne was a bit rainy so we drove into the city and went to The Melbourne Museum. There were so many amazing displays! We looked at The Body Exhibit, The Mind Exhibit, Bugs, Dinosaurs, The World, and the animal display.

This is an optical illusion room. So if one person stands on one person and another person stands on the other side and you walk to the other side, then outside the room you will find a TV with a camera in the room and it shows you how you looked tiny in one corner and then you walk to the other side and you look really big! It is called The Ames Illusion Room.

The museum was really pretty.

This is right outside the museum, looking at the square.

This is me and Ireland on this really pretty and big rug. There are three of them.

This is the T-Rex that is fossilized. If you look through binoculars then it will show you what the T-Rex did back when it was alive with the dinosaurs.

This is ant colony! Me and Ireland are inside of it in a glass bubble. There were thousands of ants.

This is how much we would both be worth if we were made of solid gold
$2,204,152!

This is the rock and mineral exhibit. There are thousands of rocks and minerals, even extremely rare ones! They are very pretty.

One of the long necks is in the background of this dinasour!

We went to Insect and Bug Exhibit. These are butterflies and moths. There were three walls of these moths and beautiful butterflies!

This is part of the city block around the museum.

On our way home we drove up Arthur's Seat. This was on our way home!
